New: Piolen® Plus

With Piolen® Plus, our company presents a new PP-GF Compound family for highly stiff applications. The material, produced in Freiburg reaches flexural modulus of up to 10.000 MPa at its known durability. This can be realized with short glass fibers and a special reception. Depending on the application these advantages – increase of stiffness at identical GF concentration - can be realized at considerably reduced GF concentration.
Thus Piolen® Plus makes a contribution to reduce the total costs, as, besides the volume price, also the energy consumption is lower in comparison to technical thermoplasts.

Piolen® Plus is available in different modifications. Besides the glass fiber concentration of 10 to 40% with long term heat stabilization, also special types for food industry are offered.

Customer specific equipment, also for small orders, are possible without problems due to production technology.
