Information about data protection

As a distribution partner of SABIC® and compounder for polyolefin compounds, our aim is to supply small and medium-sized plastics processors with high-quality plastic pellets.

We also want to communicate as simply as possible when it comes to data protection. On this page you will find information on how we handle your data - on our website, as an interested person, customer or supplier and as an applicant. Also we explain your rights, regarding your personal data. If you have any further questions, please don´t hesitate to contact us.

Our website is provided via encrypted connections and is used by us for advertising and by you for information and ordering.
We only use Google Ads and Google Analytics to place our advertising on the Google search engine and to analyse the search queries. No personal data is used in this process.

Proper Operation

If you access our website, the server records the time of access, the address called up and the IP address of your terminal device. Most browsers are set to also transmit also browser type and version, operating system used and previously accessed addresses. Only your Internet provider can use the recorded time and IP address to identify your Connection and, if necessary your person. We do not analyse these webserver logs, but we need them to monitor the proper function of our webserver and, if applicable, to be able to trace web attacks. Only our IT department and our web hoster have access to this data. We do not use any other cookies.

To manage and display our news, we use a session cookie (PHPSESSID). This is necessary for the technical operation of our website and will be deleted, when you close your browser.

In B2B business the first contact is made on different ways. We get, for example, contact details from event organizer, speak with you or get approached by you at trade fairs or we receive an e-mail from you. In these cases we receive your contact details. This data will only be saved for processing the enquiry or previously agreed process, as well as possible following up questions. If this results in an offer or order, the data will be stored in our CRM. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO.

For credit assessment, we need to give the necessary data (company name, address) to Zurich Kreditversicherung. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO.
The contact details are accessible for all employees working in our purchasing and sales department. We use them to process our/your enquiries/contracts and delete the contact data only upon request.
We use your applicant data (contact details, application documents, our notes) only in context of our applicant selection. Legal Basis is §26 BDSG. This data is accessible for Human Resources Department and your possible future superior. We do not pass on your data to third parties and delete them in case of rejection.

If you apply via application portals (Stepstone, Xing, etc.) we receive your data only if you transmit it to us or deposit it for retrieval. For Information about the data processing from the application portal, please see their website.

Your rights

Regarding your personal data you have the right of Information and correction. At any time you can informally disagree the processing of your data, request restriction of processing or deletion of your data or complain to the data protection supervisory authority.
