Our goal, as a distribution partner of SABIC® and a compounder of polyolefin compounds, is to supply small and medium-sized plastics processors with high-quality plastic granulates.

Our website is provided via encrypted connections and serves us for advertising and you for information and ordering.

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics solely to place our ads on the Google search engine and to analyse search queries. No personal data is processed in this context.

Proper Operation

When you access our website, the web server logs the access time, the address accessed and the IP address of your device. Most browsers also transmit the browser type, version, operating system used and previously accessed address. Only your internet provider can use the time and IP address to draw conclusions about your connection and, if applicable, your identity. We do not analyse these web server logs; we use them only to monitor the proper functioning of our web server and, if necessary, to trace attacks. Only our IT department and our web hosting provider have access to this.

For managing and displaying our news, we use a session cookie (PHPSESSID). This is necessary for the technical operation of the website and is deleted when you close your browser. No further cookies are set.

The product search on this website stores data locally in your browser (localStorage). No personal data is collected or transmitted to servers in this process.

Contact & Customer Data

In B2B business, initial contact is made in various ways: for example, we receive contact details from event organisers, approach you at trade fairs, are approached by you, or you send us an email. Your details are stored only for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for any follow-up questions. If this results in a quote or an order, the data is stored in our CRM. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR.

For credit checks, we transmit the necessary data (company name, address) to Zurich Kreditversicherung. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR.

Contact data is accessible to all employees working in purchasing or sales. We use this data to process your/our enquiries/contracts and delete contact data only upon request.

Applicant Data

We use your applicant data (contact details, application documents, our notes) exclusively for the purpose of our applicant selection process. The legal basis for this is Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This data is accessible to the HR department and your possible future supervisors. We do not pass your data on to third parties and delete it upon rejection.

If you apply via job portals (Stepstone, Xing, etc.), we receive your data provided you transmit it to us or make it available for retrieval. Information on their data processing is available on the respective job portal.

Regarding personal data concerning you, you have a right to information and correction. You may object at any time, without formality, to processing based on legitimate interest, request the restriction of processing or deletion of your data, or file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
